HASAC Graduates Over Sixty Trainees in Jalingo.

Hope Afresh Skills Acquisition Center (HASAC) has successfully graduated sixty-two trainees through the first phase of 2020 Skills Acquisition training program.

The Center which is an initiative of Barr. Mrs. Anna Ishaku, wife of Taraba Governor provides skills in computer, fashion and design, welding and fabrication, weaving, baking and catering, makeup and headgear, cosmetics, shoes and bag making.

Coordinator (HASAC), Mrs. Helen Saba Douglas explained that the objective of the training is to engage women and youths in viable entrepreneurship that will make them self-reliant against over dependence on their government for livelihood.

She also stated that the program serves as an orientation ceremony for seventy new aspiring entrepreneurs from around the State.

Presentation of Certificates to the entrepreneur was awarded by Mrs. Dashe Nun-Rimam, Administration officer of Hope Afresh Foundation Jalingo (HAFT), Mrs. Mairo Tafida, Protocol officer and Mrs. Elizabeth Usen Smith, Press Secretary to Her Excellency.
